Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to best serve our customers as much as possible, our focus is to provide utmost customer satisfaction. We shall not accept any return or refund requests if the products are unboxed or the product seals are removed or used.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

The request for cancellation shall be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Such request shall stand valid only if the order processing and shipping is not done from our end.

If, in case the product ordered processed and delivered to you is not as per your expectations or you are not entirely happy with the purchase and if the reason mentioned are genuine, it shall be brought to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service shall look at the complaint and make appropriate decisions.

The decision made by the customer service shall be deemed accepted to the customer. The decision may offer exchange of the product bought through this website.

Etsley does not provide any refunds for the products once sold.

The process shall only be carried out for the products bought through this website and not elsewhere.

Domestic Purchases: The delivery charges of ₹ 50/- shall be charged extra for any such exchange orders for domestic purchases. The delivery charges may vary based on the offer on the website at the time of purchase. Any changes in delivery charges shall be bound to customer and the changes shall be mentioned on the relevant sections at the time of purchase
