All the orders shall be processed and shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date mentioned during the order process and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Etsley / post office norms. All the orders shall be processed within 10 working days of confirmation of payment for prepaid and upon confirmation of order for COD.
We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the delivery service provider by any reason not in control of Etsley.
Delivery of all orders will sent be to the registered address or email address provided by the customer at the time of Order.
One orders shall be shipped to one single address. Sperate orders to be placed for delivery sought at multiple addresses.
Goods receipt will need to be signed upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative person or family member, colleague, neighbour etc. However, Etsley will not take responsibility for products signed by an alternative person.
Etsley is not liable for damages after delivery. All claims for shortages, damages must be reported to customer care service within 24 hours of delivery.
